Who we are
This website belongs to Doufa Dev, CNPJ 69.710.047/0001-45, based in São Paulo, Brazil. We are responsible for the personal data sent through it, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
What data we collect
Only what you type in the contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type, timeline and message.
The site uses no tracking cookies, ads or profiling tools. Your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your browser.
How we use it
To reply to your message and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract at your request (LGPD art. 7, V). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Who else processes the data
The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. These services process the data only to deliver the message and keep the site online, and may store it outside Brazil with the safeguards required by the LGPD.
How long we keep it
While the conversation is active. If it does not turn into a project, we delete the messages within 12 months. If it becomes a contract, we keep them for the period required by law.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to confirm, access, correct or delete your data, along with the other rights in LGPD art. 18. Just write to the email below.
